A growing construction company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage DOB-related tasks, permits, inspections, and approvals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with filings, plan reading, markups, amendments, and equipment submittals, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating with expeditors to ensure timely permits and approvals

• Managing DOB filings, inspections, and related documentation

• Reviewing and marking up plans and submittals

• Tracking project timelines and communicating updates to field teams

• Supporting all phases of construction projects and maintaining compliance

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience in construction or project coordination, particularly with DOB-related work

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
