E-Comm Marketplace Manager | Jersey City, NJ · $60,000–$80,000
About the Role:
This role owns high-volume Amazon and Walmart marketplace accounts from start to finish, with sole accountability for listings, FBA and WFS shipments, customer disputes, and account health. The accounts have only tapped a fraction of their potential, so the manager will be building on them through bundles, new SKUs, promotions, and platform programs. Strong performance can lead to additional platforms or responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Listings & Growth
- Build and manage product listings across Amazon and Walmart, including variations, bundles, and new SKUs
- Identify new ways to sell, including promotions and platform programs that boost sales and speed inventory to fulfillment centers
FBA, WFS & Inventory
- Configure and ship FBA and WFS shipments, including shipments to Canada
- Track merchandise in transit and monitor sales in, sales out, and inventory levels
- Forecast demand across the platforms
Customers & Account Health
- Handle customer messaging, disputes, and A-to-Z claims
- Protect and maintain strong account health on each platform
Qualifications
- Comfortable operating a computer and learning new systems quickly
- Working knowledge of Amazon and Walmart seller operations
- Ability to use SellerCloud, or the aptitude to pick it up
- E-commerce experience is a plus, but performance and capability matter most
- Self-directed and able to run a platform independently
