As an HRMS Administrator, your role goes beyond maintaining systems and data — you’ll help power the employee experience through technology, accuracy, and innovation. From system configuration and reporting to process improvement and user support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our HR technology solutions effectively support employees, leaders, and organizational goals. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and provide the insights needed to make informed people decisions across the organization.

In This Role You Will:
- Provides support for HR, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Participates in implementation and updates of HRMS modules. Reviews quarterly release notes and communicates system updates to stakeholders.
- Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRMS users.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Audits and reviews workflow transactions to ensure all transactions are processed accurately by initiators.
- Performs other duties as required.
Who You Are:

High school diploma or equivalent required-Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree preferred.
- 3 years of HRMS services in UKG ( Ultimate Kronos Group) preferred
- Experience in the support and maintenance of end-to-end HRMS services in UKG, including managing and updating workflows in HR systems
