In This Role You Will:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging group activities, special events, and one-on-one interactions that support residents’ social, emotional, and physical well-being.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a dynamic monthly activity calendar that includes weekday, evening, and weekend programming.
- Through building meaningful relationships, you will encourage resident participation and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment.
- Help set up, decorate, and clean up for events, ensuring each experience feels special and thoughtfully executed.
- Collaborate with team members to create programming that reflects residents’ interests and abilities, while also observing and documenting engagement to support care planning.
- Assist with transportation and accompany residents to outings or appointments, while maintaining activity supplies and ensuring resources are readily available.
Shift Details:
- Franklin Campus:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 3:30pm
- 1x per month weekend rotation
- Keller Lake Campus:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9:00am - 4:00pm (3 weeks out of the month)
- Monday, Tuesday, Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm (1 week out of the month)

- Bring creativity and organization to your work, with the ability to adapt activities to meet a wide range of resident needs and preferences. You communicate clearly and respectfully, demonstrating patience, kindness, and a strong commitment to excellent service
- Exercise sound judgment in your daily work and take pride in contributing to a positive, engaging environment
- Have a high school diploma or GED, and experience in activities, recreation, or senior living is a plus and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and participate in community outings as needed.
