You’ll help bring new owners, tenants, and listings into the system, support the details that make each rental ready for market, and keep communication flowing across the team. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with people, and being part of a department that’s active, collaborative, and always moving forward.Compensation:$20 hourlyResponsibilities:Promptly respond to all inquiries from property ownersSet up new owner/property information in the system and initiate portal activation invitations.Set up new tenants in the system for new properties under management.Coordinate utility set up for properties.Post new lease listings through the property management system and send application instructions to listing agents for upload into MARISCoordinate rental license paperwork and related tasksRegularly attend Select Leasing staff meetingsProvide overall support to SL&MAll other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Part-time - 20 hours per weekQualifications:Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalentExperience with property management and/or leasingStrong customer service and follow-up skills, and the ability to communicate in a professional mannermannerExperience with a property management system preferredAbility to assess and prioritize urgent mattersAbility to work flexible scheduling if neededAbout CompanyOur team is committed to delivering thoughtful, dependable service to property owners and tenants while supporting a collaborative environment where people genuinely enjoy working together.
