What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Office Manager position at Property Management?
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable and versatile Administrative Assistant Manager to run the daily operations of our central office. In this role, you will not just sit behind a desk; you will be the central hub communicating between tenants, maintenance staff, and the property owner. You will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, phone calls, and emails, greeting current and prospective tenants with warmth and professionalism. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for leases, vendor contracts and property records. Monitor inventory and order supplies and office materials as needed. Assist with the entire leasing process, from processing applications to preparing lease agreements and conducting move-in orientations. Oversee the collection of rent payments, record receipts, and follow-up on delinquencies with professional notices. Act as a compassionate but firm mediator for tenant inquiries and complaints. Process accounts payable/receivables; enter data into property management software.What we are looking for is someone with 3 years in office administration, preferably in real estate or property management. The ability to switch gears instantly-one minute you might be assisting a walk-in applicant, the next you are dispatching an emergency plumber to a rental house. We are stressing the proficiency in MS Office Suites and accounting software ( ie; Quickbooks,etc) knowledge with strong written and communication skills. You must be able to speak confidently while maintaining professionalism to everyone from frustrated tenants to sub-contractors. We need someone who is honest, discreet with sensitive information, and dependable.The highly competitive salary is not fixed; but adjusts to a candidate's specific skills and experience.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
