This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. - HVAC experience and certification preferred but not required.
- Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
Salary : $21
