What You’ll Do
- Run the Show: Oversee daily operations across dining outlets, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing F&B team
- Delight Guests: Elevate the guest experience and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Drive Results: Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze performance to maximize profitability
- Get Creative: Collaborate on menu development with seasonal flair and guest appeal
Stay Compliant: Maintain top standards in health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications:- 3–5 years of F&B management experience (resort or hospitality preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Financially savvy with experience managing budgets and performance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Food Handler & Alcohol Service certifications (required)
- Hospitality or related degree (preferred, not required)
Physical & Schedule Expectations
- Ability to be on your feet and active throughout the day
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
