Join our team at one of Southern Utah's premier mountain destinations. As a Bartender at our skier's lodge, you'll be the warm welcome guests get after a day on the slopes — crafting cocktails, pouring cold drafts, and keeping the energy alive in a lively, mountain lodge atmosphere. You'll work alongside a tight-knit hospitality crew in a setting that's as stunning as it is fun.
What you'll do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and consistency
- Greet and engage guests, creating a warm and welcoming après-ski atmosphere
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Verify guest age and comply with Utah DABS regulations and responsible alcohol service laws
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service
- Assist with opening and closing bar duties, including inventory counts
- Contribute to a positive team culture in a high-energy, high-altitude environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1–2 years of bartending or bar-back experience in a hotel, lodge, or restaurant setting
- Current Utah TIPS or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, beer styles, and wine basics
- Strong communication and guest service skills — friendly, professional, and quick on your feet
- Ability to work a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays (peak ski season)
- Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
