As an AT&T Entry-Level Management, you'll work closely with team members, support daily operations, and help ensure customer engagement initiatives are executed effectively. We provide the training, mentorship, and resources needed to help you grow into future leadership opportunities.
AT&T Entry-Level Management Responsibilities
- Contribute to day-to-day team activities while supporting customer engagement and market outreach efforts.
- Provide assistance with onboarding initiatives, coaching support, and knowledge-sharing for new team members.
- Encourage a collaborative and results-driven workplace by promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive attitude.
- Help coordinate campaign execution by monitoring progress, organizing resources, and assisting with operational tasks.
- Partner with management to implement growth initiatives and customer acquisition programs within assigned territories.
- Compile activity data, monitor performance indicators, and ensure reports are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Take advantage of mentorship opportunities, leadership workshops, and ongoing development programs designed to support career advancement
