Entry Level AT&T Associate (Spanish Required)

In this full-time, entry-level role, you will work directly with customers, helping them find AT&T wireless and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. You'll provide customer support, answer questions, promote AT&T Fiber services, and develop valuable sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. No prior telecommunications experience is required—we provide comprehensive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help you succeed.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Associate:

• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish regarding AT&T Fiber services, plans, and promotions
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service upgrades, enrollments, and product recommendations
• Educate customers on AT&T Fiber internet services, features, and available offers
• Provide professional customer support and resolve questions promptly
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized service solutions
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Support team objectives through positive collaboration and professionalism
• Represent the AT&T brand with enthusiasm and integrity

Qualifications for the Entry Level AT&T Associate:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required
