Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Engage with shoppers and introduce AT&T’s wireless and internet solutions in an approachable and informative way.
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized service packages using a consultative sales approach.
- Assist in managing daily retail operations, including setup, organization, and team coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sign-ups, and follow-ups to support retention and track sales performance.
- Apply learned sales and leadership techniques to enhance performance and meet daily and weekly goals.
- Support and motivate other Entry Level Assistant Manager team members to foster a collaborative, positive, and results-driven sales environment.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Requirements
