Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!
BFirst Industrial is on the lookout for a driven, hands-on Customer Service Representative to be the face of our local branch operations! If you're someone who thrives on delivering top-notch service and enjoys being on the move, this could be the perfect fit.
In this full-time role, you'll take charge of managing inventory levels for our valued customers and ensuring their needs are met with speed and professionalism. You'll hit the road daily—using a company-provided vehicle—to visit and support our VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) accounts in the area. A clean driving record is required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering products to customers and maintaining inventory levels at their locations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer personnel.
- Resolving customer questions and concerns with a positive, professional attitude.
- Picking, packing, loading, and delivering orders with accuracy and care.
- Supporting branch operations, including receiving, packaging, and shipping when needed.
- Processing orders and assisting customers both in person and over the phone.
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset.
- Great communication skills and a professional, empathetic approach to service.
- Someone who enjoys physical work and can lift/move 10–50 lbs regularly (and more occasionally).
- Clean driving record is required.
