We are looking to hire a Housekeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community
- Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned
- Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community
- Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards
- Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to identify issues before they occur
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry
- Exceptional customer service skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires frequent Sitting, standing, walking, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position typically operates indoors with frequent exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals. Occasional exposure to blood borne pathogens or other potentially infectious material.
