Beztak is looking to hire a Server & Support Associate to join our team. The Server & Support Associate is primarily responsible for providing excellent dining service to residents while also supporting other community departments as needed. This role is cross trained in Concierge, Housekeeping, Life Enrichment (Activities), and Maintenance to ensure a high level of service and a well-rounded resident experience.
Essential Functions:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional dining service to residents and guests
- Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure resident satisfaction during dining
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Cross-Functional Support Duties:
- Concierge: Assist with front desk coverage, greet residents and guests, and help with basic requests or inquiries
- Housekeeping: Support cleaning and upkeep of common areas and resident spaces as needed
- Life Enrichment (Activities): Assist with resident activities, events, and programs
- Maintenance: Provide basic support with light tasks or report maintenance needs as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing needs
- Previous experience in hospitality, dining, or senior living preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items as needed (up to 25 lbs)
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, team-oriented senior living community
- Requires flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

This position is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, climbing stairs, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The position may require occasional lifting of products weighing up to 20 pounds.

- This position operates in a dining room setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
- The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
