Front Desk Coordinator – Boutique MedSpa (Part-Time and Full time)

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and polished Front Desk Coordinator to support daily operations, client communication, and overall client experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (phone, text, in-person)
- Welcome clients and create a professional, polished first impression
- Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently (Zenoti or similar)
- Respond to inquiries and guide clients through next steps
- Manage check-in, checkout, and payments
- Provide basic information about services, pricing, and policies
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
- Support smooth daily operations and client flow
- Perform any additional duties as needed to ensure efficient workflow and excellent client experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and consistent in a client-facing role
- Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly
Highly Desired
- Bilingual (strongly preferred)
- Experience in a medspa, aesthetic clinic, salon, or similar setting
- Experience with Zenoti or similar systems (Vagaro, Mindbody) is a strong plus
- Background in customer service or client-facing roles
- Flexible availability and team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–23 per hour (based on experience)
- Up to 10% commission on skincare product sales

Schedule & Work Details
- Part-time position
- Typical hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible hours)
- Tuesday – Saturday availability preferred
- Weekend availability required
- In-person role
