Were looking for a skilled Bench Technician with 3-5 years of experience to help us keep our clients hardware running smoothly and efficiently.Job DescriptionWhat Youll Do:Diagnose, repair, and refurbish IT equipment including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking hardwareTroubleshoot hardware issues quickly and accurately to minimize client downtimeAssemble and prepare equipment for deployment or return to clientsMaintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and test resultsManage and organize repair bench workspace and inventory of spare parts and toolsWork closely with help desk and field technicians to support client needs and share technical insightsAssist in configuring and testing equipment before its delivered or deployedStay up to date on the latest hardware technology and repair techniques relevant to MSP servicesOnsite work at Clients locations as needed.
