Beyond Backyard Living Creations is looking for reliable, hardworking hardscape installers to join our growing outdoor living construction team. This position includes paver installation, concrete work, retaining walls, grading, excavation, drainage prep, and general outdoor construction.
We specialize in high-quality backyard transformations, including paver patios, pool decks, walkways, driveways, outdoor living areas, concrete pads, footings, retaining walls, drainage solutions, and custom hardscape projects.

Responsibilities
Install pavers, patios, walkways, driveways, pool decks, and hardscape surfaces
Assist with excavation, grading, base preparation, compaction, screeding, cutting, and laying pavers
Assist with concrete forming, base prep, rebar placement, pouring, finishing, and cleanup
Build and install retaining walls, block walls, landscape walls, and hardscape structures
Help install edge restraints, sand joints, polymeric sand, drainage components, and finishing details
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Follow directions from the foreman or project lead
Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
Paver, concrete, retaining wall, masonry, or hardscape experience preferred
Must be dependable and able to show up on time
Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the day
Must have basic hand tools or be willing to obtain required tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and work well with a crew

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
