What you will do:
- Partner with firm leadership on employee relations and people strategy
- Lead and develop the HR team and improve core processes
- Drive compliance, policy, and risk management efforts
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and annual cycles
What you bring:
- 8 years of HR experience across ER, compliance, and comp
- Strong leadership skills and sound judgment
- Experience in law firm or professional services preferred
