Job Description
BeVera Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced part-time Senior Program Manager to support a federal public health communications contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This role oversees contract execution, manages project schedules and deliverables, and coordinates activities across multidisciplinary teams. The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison with the CDC Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and ensures all work complies with federal requirements, reporting standards, and project management expectations.
NOTE: Position Contingent upon award of contract. This role is part of a pre-award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract.

Job Description

Requirements
- Oversee overall contract execution and program management activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and deliverable timelines.
- Coordinate directly with the CDC COR and federal stakeholders regarding project status and priorities.
- Ensure deliverables meet contract requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Lead internal project meetings and coordinate work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor compliance with federal project management, reporting, and documentation requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project performance.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports, documentation, and contract deliverables.
- Ability to participate in occasional travel to support project activities and coordination with federal stakeholders if needed.
The following qualifications are the minimum requirements for successful performance under the anticipated contract.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Communications, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience managing federal public health communications programs.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex federal contracts or projects.
- Strong knowledge of federal program management and reporting requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
