Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prepare for prospect calls by researching company background and other pertinent lead information
- Identify customer buying trends and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales experience
- Inside sales experience is a big plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience helpful, but not required
