Better Collision Centers is opening in Myrtle Beach and we're hiring a Parts Coordinator to keep production moving.
The Work
- Order OEM and aftermarket parts accurately and on time
- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries
- Stage, label, and distribute parts to technicians based on production schedule
- Manage supplements and track orders through CCC One
- Maintain invoice records, credits, and vendor reports
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
- Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply
- 1–3 years in automotive or collision parts coordination preferred
- Familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell, or similar management systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure and keep multiple repairs on track
- Strong communication skills — you're the link between vendors and technicians
- Hourly pay, based on experience
- Paid weekly
- Up to 14 days PTO annually (prorated in first year; available after 90 days)

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, crouch, and work in a busy shop environment
- I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
