Better Collision Centers is opening in Myrtle Beach and we're hiring Paint Technicians to build our team from day one.
The Work
- Surface preparation, masking, and priming
- Mix and match paint to achieve OEM color standards
- Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and blend finishes
- Final finish work — buffing, polishing, and quality inspection
- Keep the booth and equipment clean and production-ready
- Technical school OR 3 years of automotive paint experience
- Strong color matching and blending skills
- Experience with waterborne and solvent-based systems
- I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commission-based flat rate pay with a guaranteed weekly minimum
- Paid weekly
- Up to 14 days PTO annually (prorated in first year; available after 90 days)

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a shop environment with noise, odors, and paint fumes
- Respirator fit required
