What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant position at Betsy Altadena?
We’re looking for a few folks to join the family here at Betsy. Job descriptions are below - that’s the easy stuff. The important stuff is how we do what we do. We’re a tight-knit team that looks out for each other, for the restaurant, for our guests, and our community. We lead with integrity and kindness in every area of our business. Half of us swore off restaurants until we started working together. We don’t do restaurant drama or gossip. We share stories, make memories, have dinner together before service, and pitch in on a wonderfully meaningful restaurant. Oh and we make good money as a byproduct of doing everything else.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining room and patio
- Work closely with servers to anticipate the needs of our guests
- Polishing and restocking equipment including flatware, plates, glassware
- Table maintenance for our guests, including resetting, clearing and crumbing
- Running food
