- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring of senior residents
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR in a timely manner
- Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and care plans
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to optimize resident outcomes
- Support infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide compassionate, faith-aligned emotional and spiritual support within scope
- Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs and other support staff
- Respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies using sound clinical judgment
