In this ASCRN Director role, the operating room, surgical suite, and operating suite—features advanced anesthesia support, precision instrumentation, and streamlined turnover processes designed for safe, efficient ambulatory procedures, and the Surgery Center Nurse Director will appreciate that the center is near the city yet maintains a community feel that supports meaningful connections with patients and staff.
Reporting to an experienced ASC Administrator and partnering closely with the Medical Director and nursing leadership, the Surgery Center Nurse Director leads perioperative services end-to-end (pre-op, intra-op, and PACU), while the ASCRN Director drives staffing models, scheduling, supply chain optimization, accreditation readiness (AAAHC/Joint Commission), infection prevention, quality outcomes, and block utilization, all while nurturing friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team where surgeons, anesthesiology, SPD, materials management, and perioperative educators collaborate seamlessly.
