What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA - Evening Shift position at BETHESDA HEALTH AND HOUSING?

Job Summary: Provides quality, efficient and loving care to each resident in a personalized way. Assists in the common goal of maintaining the well-being of each resident by working as a primary caregiver. Meets the basic needs of assigned residents by supervising or assisting residents with ADLs. In addition to observing and reporting any changes in a resident's physical condition, changes in behavior and any incidents or accidents to the charge nurse.

This position allows you to grow skills and knowledge in both long-term care and short-term therapy, while also strengthening leadership skills. 30 hours per week is considered benefit eligible. Benefit program includes: Paid-time off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) with employer match, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and other voluntary benefits.

Scheduled hours: Part-time and full-time hours are available. All schedules include an every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.

Evenings: 2:00pm-10:30pm

*Shift Differentials included for following shifts; $1.00 weekend shift differential, $1.00 evening shift differential, $2.00 Night Shift differential
