What are the responsibilities and job description for the WEEKEND / PM RECEPTIONIST position at BETHANY-ST JOSEPH CORP?
Vernon Manor is now hiring for a part-time weekend receptionist. This position works every other weekend from 9:00am-430pm. The weekend receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, directs call and visitors, and provides a positive and welcoming presence.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and direct visitors as they enter and exit the facility.

Ensure positive interactions with residents, staff, family members and visitors.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

Record phone messages for employees or residents.

Assist with questions and direct residents as needed.

Monitor front door area for residents who may be potential wanderers and redirect.
Facility Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of information for residents and employees.

Follow corporation policies and procedures.

Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner by following corporation and facility safety rules.

Attend assigned in-services.

Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
