What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Employee - Human Resources Project position at Bethany Children's Health Center?
This temporary position will be in support of the Human Resources team with a focus on reviewing, separating and organizing large files into individual documents, saving each file with the appropriate naming convention in alignment with the pre-determined standards. The position will be within an office setting, and the work will be completed independently.
The ideal candidate will be looking for exposure to the workplace and a short-term job until resuming school with the fall semester. To be considered for this role, the applicant should not have a previous connection with the organization and employees of the organization due to the handling of documents that will require maintaining confidential information.
The schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day. Once the project is completed, the position will be concluded.
Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills, experience with MacOS preferred but not required
- Critical thinking capabilities
- Detail oriented
- Ability to sit at a desk and computer for extended periods of time
