Job Purpose
|
The APP is responsible for providing direct care, in accordance to their scope of practice, to a wide variety of inpatients in collaboration with other Hospital Medicine team members to ensure high-quality care is delivered. |
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts every other Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Qualifications
|
Education: |
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Nursing sufficient to achieve an Advanced Practice Nurse degree to achieve a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) vs Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) designation
OR
Minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited ARC-PA (Physician Assistant) program to achieve PA-C designation |

Experience: |
2 years APP clinical practice; Pediatric & Acute care preferred |

License/Certification/Credential: |
Oklahoma state license to practice as an APRN vs PA National certification; Pediatric preferred Acute Care certification preferred OBNDD - currently holds active license vs eligible DEA - currently holds active license vs eligible PALS and BLS-certified |
