This position provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the registration team, ensuring timely and accurate referral processing, patient registration, insurance authorization, and data collection. The Registration Supervisor supports staff development, resolves real-time issues, and partners with clinical and operational teams to improve patient flow, access, and overall experience.
