About the Role:

As a Premium Accessories Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Bestop and Tuffy Security Products, providing efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to our Warehouse Distributors, their customers, and consumers. This is a vital role where you'll solve problems, guide installations, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional. You'll work directly from our headquarters in Westminster, CO, collaborating closely with a supportive team.

What You'll Do:

  • Front-Line Support: Provide professional and courteous customer contact via phone, email, chat, and occasionally in-person, handling high volumes of inbound calls (75-100 per day).
  • Problem Resolution: Research and efficiently resolve customer concerns and problems within established guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Assistance: Assist customers with vehicle installations and provide technical support for our products.
  • Data & Order Management: Utilize our ERP system (NetSuite) to perform daily data and order maintenance, including accurate order entry, processing Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), and managing information within spreadsheets, email, and other digital systems.
  • Information Analysis: Demonstrate the ability to read and understand information presented in spreadsheets to assist with customer inquiries and data management.

What You'll Need:

  • 2-5 years of customer service experience, ideally with some upselling or sales involvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly assist customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use a ten-key by touch.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn about our diverse product lines and vehicle applications.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong teamwork skills.
  • This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Jeep, Bronco vehicles and products.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
