We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and resort amenities to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information as needed.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing reservations and room assignments using hotel management software.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
