- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities in accordance with established standards.
- Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, ensuring kitchen areas are clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies appropriately to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and cleaning techniques for various surfaces.
- Experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
