We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms , restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing as needed.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are well-kept.
• Provide support for residential painting projects when required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning standards are met consistently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred, with a focus on commercial or industrial cleaning environments.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
