Hotel Front Desk Clerk (overnight full time)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about hotel services and amenities.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls, direct inquiries, and take reservations.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

We are currently looking for 1 full time front desk rep to fill our overnight position. The hours we are looking to fill are:

Wednesday-Sunday 10pm-6am

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is an advantage.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
