- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, fostering strong guest relations.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently and provide information as needed.
- Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
