What you’ll do

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for smooth transactions.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet or dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the breakfast service.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Preferred qualifications
- Kitchen experience including cooking, food preparation, and meal assembly.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food.
