Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the resort's amenities and services.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software and phone systems.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.
- Wash and fold laundry as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance overall service delivery.
- Provide assistance in multiple languages as needed, catering to our multilingual clientele.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred but not mandatory.
