- Manage check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations and payments accurately.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are reconciled accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests in a timely manner.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
