Hotel Night Auditor

Best Western Plus Tree House is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team! Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded using Chorum or similar hotel management software
• Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly
• Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff at all times
• Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
• Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review
• Assist with night security checks around the property to uphold safety standards

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel or front desk operations is highly preferred
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices
• Proficiency in OPERA or other hotel management systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages or bilingually preferred
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
• Experience working in resort environments or hotels with multilingual guest populations enhances your suitability for this role

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
