Duties
- Greet and assist guests during late-night arrivals and early departures with professionalism and warmth
- Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing information, and hotel operations through detailed reports
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitor security systems and conduct routine inspections of the property to ensure safety and compliance during overnight hours
- Collaborate with front desk staff and management to ensure smooth transition between shifts and uphold hotel standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, accounting procedures, and night audit processes
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a hospitality environment
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
- Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality settings is preferred
