Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments to create an appealing environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of all food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary options, and provide friendly customer service.
- Manage food handling responsibilities safely, including proper storage, portioning, and sanitation procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments; kitchen experience is highly valued.
- Strong food preparation skills including meal assembly, cooking techniques, knife skills, and meat cutting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle phone etiquette professionally.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with coffee making or barista skills is a plus; familiarity with dietary accommodations is beneficial.
