- Manage patient records using eClinicalWorks software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Handle human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in dental practice management.
- Assist in utilization management to optimize resource allocation and patient care delivery.

Experience
- Proven experience in a healthcare or dental office management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with acute care settings and managed care processes is advantageous.
