Role Description
The Full Line Sales Representative will be responsible for generating equipment sales by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This full-time, on-site role based in Jessup, MD involves identifying customer needs, providing product demonstrations, creating customized solutions, and closing sales. The role requires maintaining knowledge of the company’s product line, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Sales Representative will proactively seek new business opportunities and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of industrial equipment or familiarity with equipment for industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, and landscaping
- Ability to analyze customer needs, offer customized solutions, and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in record-keeping, CRM software, and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in equipment sales or familiarity with products from brands like Doosan, Bobcat, or JLG is an advantage
