Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate 24/7 Emergency Department operations.
* Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
* Monitor quality, safety, staffing, and financial performance.
* Implement evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives.
* Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.
* Experience in leading change management and process improvement.
* Experince with lean principles.
* Strong working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
* Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligibility to obtain one).
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* 3-5 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
* Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
