Position Title: Fleet Maintenance Mechanic

Base Salary: $45,000 to $60,000 Best-in-class benefits

Job Description:
Focuses on maintaining and repairing vehicles within our fleet. The primary purpose is to ensure not only the operational readiness, safety/reliability of the fleet by conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing necessary repairs, but also basic diagnostics, implementing preventative measures, and providing guidance and support for less experienced mechanics. 

Skills and Certifications:
*Associate's in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
*At least 1 year of relevant work experience
*Basic Computer Competency
*Must possess a valid Driver's License
*Brake Certification or Refrigerant Recovery Certification a plus
*Diesel experience a plus
*Security Clearance Required: Yes

Ideal Candidate:
*The ideal candidate would be someone with at least one year experience as a mechanic, preferably with that experience being with diesel engines. A brake certification or refrigerant recovery certification would be a bonus. A person who has maintained a position at the current employer for at least a year, preferably two or more years. Someone who would not mind relocating to Delaware, if they're from outside of the area.
