Project Manager | Luxury Residential Architecture

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead custom residential projects from design development through construction, collaborating with clients, consultants, and a talented team to deliver exceptional homes built to last.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple residential projects from design development through construction administration.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and overall delivery.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout every phase of the project.
• Oversee project documentation, contracts, meeting coordination, financial performance, and client communication.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members while maintaining a high standard of design and detailing.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 8 years of architectural experience, with custom or luxury residential experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural visualization software.
• Proven experience managing project teams, coordinating consultants, and delivering complex architectural projects.
• Strong leadership, technical detailing, communication, and organizational skills.
