Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple residential projects from design development through construction administration.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and overall delivery.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout every phase of the project.
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, meeting coordination, financial performance, and client communication.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members while maintaining a high standard of design and detailing.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 8 years of architectural experience, with custom or luxury residential experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural visualization software.
- Proven experience managing project teams, coordinating consultants, and delivering complex architectural projects.
- Strong leadership, technical detailing, communication, and organizational skills.
