An internationally recognized design firm is looking to hire talented Designers on Contract, for its New York office, focusing on the production stages of projects. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to design and visualization under the supervision of senior staff and partners on local and internationally recognized projects
- Create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D Rhino models and drawings based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and alignment of project designs.
- Maintain drawing standards and organization within project files.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 3-7 years' professional experience.
- Skilled in concept design and programming for commercial and mixed use projects.
- Time management skills and ability to work on several projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Revit including full construction drawing sets.
- Experience in Rhino, V-ray, Grasshopper are a big plus.
