Key Responsibilities
- Lead master planning and conceptual design efforts for diverse project types.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop space plans, elevations, details, and 3D models.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings for presentations and client pitches.
- Present design ideas internally and externally with clarity and confidence.
- Coordinate with project teams throughout all phases to maintain design integrity.
Skills and Experience
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited Architecture program.
- 4–8 years of experience in Interior Architecture; hospitality or luxury residential experience preferred.
- Registered Architect status preferred.
- Strong design sensibility paired with technical proficiency across all project phases.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp or Rhino.
